
High-Tech Gründerfonds leads round for German software provider
High-Tech Gründerfonds, Bayern Kaptial and Gebrüder Mende GmbH have invested <€1m in German software provider FTAPI Software GmbH.
The new capital will be used to push the company's growth and market presence.
Company
FTAPI Software is a Munich-based provider of encrypting software for the transfer of sensitive documents. Its prime product is server software FTAPI SecuTransfer. The company is planning on offering software-as-a-service in the near future.
FTAPI Software was founded in 2010. It has previously received funding from the STrascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) at the University of Applied Sciences Munich.
