
Triton acquires Europart
Private equity house Triton has acquired commercial vehicles parts distributor Europart from the Pederzani family for an undisclosed amount.
The investment will be used to further Europart's internationalisation plans.

Europart was founded in 1949 and is a supplier of spare parts and accessories for commercial vehicles and buses. The company operates in 29 countries and had a turnover of €400m in 2010. Currently, Europart employs more than 1,500 people.
