BayBG Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft has provided an undisclosed amount as backing for the management buy-in of Wünsch Offset-Druck GmbH. Wolfgang Röhr has bought out the company, with BayBG providing 30% of the capital in return for a stille Beteiligung (‘silent partnership’). The family business was being sold for lack of a family successor. Wolfgang Röhr found the company through IHK Nachfolgebörse nexxt-change, a platform for companies seeking succession solutions. The investor’s participation ensures a strong own capital basis for the further development of the company.
