VR Equitypartner backs n3k Informatik
VR Equitypartner has provided growth capital for German IT services business n3k Informatik in exchange for a minority stake.
The three managers of n3k will continue to hold a majority stake in the company. With the fresh capital and support from VR, the company hopes to accelerate its growth and to improve its internal structure through new hires.
The growth capital injection for n3k comes shortly after VR's latest acquisition. In March, the GP bought German textile producer Norafin from Pinova Capital.
