
Omnes hires five and promotes four to principal

Omnes has hired five newcomers as director, principal, analyst and middle office managers and has promoted four principals.
Of the new hires, Benoît Faguer has joined the private debt team as director, reporting to partner Camille Delibes. Morgane Honikman has joined the green building team as principal. These two teams report to managing partner Serge Savasta. Mehdi Abdallah and Alain Reveillaud have joined Omnes as middle-office managers reporting to head of operations Serge Rakovitch, and Lise De Nicola has joined the small-cap buyout & growth capital team as an analyst.
Faguer joined Omnes in September 2018 as director within the private debt team. He was previously portfolio manager in private corporate debt (2015-2017) and head of euro private corporate debt at Aviva Investors. He previously worked at HSBC Paris as associate director in leveraged and acquisition finance.
Morgane Honikman, Omnes Capital
Honikman joined Omnes in October 2018 as principal within the green building team. She started her career in 2010 at Eiffage Concessions as project finance manager in infrastructure projects. Then she joined Green Yellow, the branch of Casino Group specialising in energy issues, as finance manager.
Mehdi Abdallah, Omnes Capital
Abdallah joined Omnes in November 2018 as middle-office manager within operational management. Previously, he spent four years at Mazars as financial auditor after a first job experience in internal audit at Saint Gobain.
Alain Reveillaud, Omnes Capital
Reveillaud joined Omnes in September 2018 as middle-office manager. He worked at Societe Generale as UCITS accountant from 2007, and then as private equity middle officer between 2012-2018.
Lise De Nicola, Omnes Capital
De Nicola joined the Omnes small-cap buyout & growth capital team in January 2019 as an analyst. Prior to this, she spent two years at Eight Advisory as an analyst within the transaction services and restructuring department.
The firm simultaneously promoted some team members to principal. Fabien Collangettes and Maximilien Fournier-Sourdille have been appointed principals within the venture capital team, reporting to Michel de Lempdes. Yannic Trueb has been appointed principal within the renewable energy team, while Antoine Joris has been appointed principal in the small-cap team.
Fabien Collangettes, Omnes Capital
Collangettes joined the Omnes Venture Capital team in January 2017 as associate. He was appointed principal in March 2019. He began his career at Accuracy before co-founding a digital and web agency startup. Before joining Omnes, Collangettes worked for Paris Business Angels as executive officer.
Maximilien Fournier-Sourdille, Omnes Capital
Fournier-Sourdille joined the venture capital team in July 2017 as an associate. He was appointed principal in March 2019. He mainly invests in biotech, medtech and e-health. He sits on supervisory boards of Enterome, Themis Bioscience, Eye Tech Care and Therapixel.
Yannic Trueb, Omnes Capital
Trueb joined the Renewable Energy team at Omnes as an analyst in May 2014. He was appointed principal in March 2019.
Antoine Joris, Omnes Capital
Joris joined the Omnes small-cap buyout & growth capital team in December 2015. He was appointed principal in March 2019. Since starting, he has notably worked on Mistral Informatique, Batiweb Group, Groupe InCA, Nomios and SIMP. Previously, he spent two years in M&A at Rothschild & Cie in Paris and Brussels, having initially gained experience at IK Investment Partners and Merrill Lynch in London, as well as at Leonardo & Co in Brussels.
