Finama becomes Groupama PE
Finama Private Equity, a subsidiary of Groupama, has changed its name to Groupama Private Equity. Groupama Private Equity will continue to operate the same strategy and manage three investment teams which cover their global fund-of-funds, Quartilium, and direct investment activities in France with Acto Capital and ActoMezz.
Groupama Private Equity has EUR1.7bn of assets under management. Recently it launched an infrastructure fund-of-funds and a special situations fund. Through Acto Capital, the investment house also has the SME-focused Acto Capital II fund. The address remains unchanged.
