
AXA portfolio company acquires Dylon
AXA Private Equity portfolio company Spotless group has acquired UK-based company Dylon International limited.
AXA PE created the Spotless group in 2005. The company is a European producer and distributor of home care and cleaning products. Since its inception, Spotless, has completed seven buildup acquisitions and currently employs 400 people. The company predicts a turnover of EUR370m in 2008.
Dylon was founded in 1946 and focuses on fabric dyes and household products which are produced under the Dylon LS, Lord Sheraton and Oust brands.Yann Bak and Philippe Poletti worked on the deal for AXA Private Equity.
