Chequers Capital

Chequers Capital has appointed four new associates. Axelle Dumousset and Xavier Morion previously both worked in the structured finance department of Societe Generale. Xavier Poitevineau previously worked in BNP Paribas' M&A and corporate finance department, while Aurelien Klien previously worked for Close Brothers and Bank of America as an M&A executive.

Chequers' chairman Denis Metzger states that the recruitments are necessary to the firm's adaptation to the new conditions of the European private equity market.
