Advent to acquire division of Experian
Advent International is in exclusive negotiations to acquire Experian's electronic payments activities. Experian's division focuses on electronic payments by card, mobile, and internet for banks and retailers. The company generates around EUR60m of sales and has around 400 employees. Advent has previously made nine investments in the payments and transactions sector worldwide supporting the likes of PaySys, Mach, MBF Cards, CSU, CardSystem, Euronet, Dolex and CCS.
