Nicominvest sells Metaboli shares

Nicominvest has sold its shares in Metaboli to an undisclosed acquirer in a secondary sale. Clipperton finance acted as corporate financier. In 2008, Nicominvest invested in the company alongside Innovacom, Intel Capital, Alven Capital and I-Source Gestion, providing EUR5m in a third round of financing for Metaboli. (May 2008 page 28).

Metaboli operates an online videogames download platform of the same name.
