
Oddo AM can smell EUR2.7m opportunity in Odotech
Oddo Asset Management invested alongside Canadian co-investors to provide Odotech with EUR2.7m in a second round of financing. Oddo AM invested from Its FCPI fund Generation Future.
Odotech was founded in 1998 in Montreal. The Franco-Canadian company specialises in odour solving technologies for the industrial sector. The investment will be used by the company to expand internationally. The company recorded a EUR3m turnover in 2007. Olivier Hua and Mathieu Le Roux worked on the deal for Oddo Asset Management.
Oddo also invested EUR2m in France Eoliennes, which was founded in 2006 and is a producer of wind turbines for non commercial users. The company will use the investment for commercial development.
Finally Oddo and CM-CIC Asset Management invested EUR1.5m in Catalysair, which develops an innovative procedure that improves the combustion of industrial boilers.
