CAPE in deal trio and raising
This month Credit Agricole Private Equity (CAPE) completed three deals and the launch of a new fund. CAPE completed LBOs of Coiff'idis, a provider of consumable products and accessories to the hairdressing industry, and STTS, a company focused on aeronautic painting and sealing. CAPE also led a EUR16m expansion investment in Valorem, a wind energy company.
Following these investments the firm also launched a new EUR150m co-investment fund consisting of two distinct tranches. The first, Predica 2007 Co-Investment Fund, is now closed with EUR50m of capital provided by from Credit Agricole subsidiary Predica. The second, Credit Agricole Private Equity Co-Invest 1, currently has EUR50m from the bank and will be open to third party investors with a target of EUR100m.
