Atria Capital backs MBO of ABCD
Atria Capital Partenaires has backed an MBO of Advanced Building Construction and Design (ABCD). Atria will become the majority shareholder of the new holding vehicle ABCD group with a 51% share. The founders retained the remaining 49% share.
Paris-based ABCD is a turnkey contractor founded 2006 by Patrick Canac and Francis Robert. The company was initially carved out from listed company Affine. In 2007 the company generated revenues of EUR108m. The company has two subsidiaries located in Barcelona and Dusseldorf.
