Aforge and Banque Degroot pair up
Corporate financier Aforge Finance and Banque Degroot have set up a strategic partnership. The share-swap deal saw Banque Degroot take a 50% stake of Aforge Finance while the latter took an 'important' position in the former. The deal is an opportunity for Aforge's management to invest in the company in parallel with the Banque Degroot management, which holds a 60% stake in the company. Both companies will be represented across each others' boards.
The partnership aims to give both companies a stronger European platform with an eye on international development as well as offering clients a broader range of services.
