OFI PE finalises Leon de Bruxelles' senior debt
OFI Private Equity has completed the senior debt syndication for the purchase of Leon de Bruxelles, the restaurant chain. The debt package was led by Societe Generale and included Credit Agricole d'Ile-de-France, Banque Commerciale pour le Marche de l'Entreprise (BCME), Banque Populaire, LCL, and Banque Palatine.
OFI PE had previously syndicated a share of the capital of Leon Invest 1, the holding company, to Cerea Capital for EUR4m, as well as part of its mezzanine stake in Leon Invest 2 to Cerea Mezzanine and Cerea Capital for EUR12.7m.
