
NI Partners sells sandwich chain Lina's to Cogexco
NI Partners has sold its portfolio company sandwich shop chain Lina's to Cogexco, a family holding specialised in the restaurant sector. The deal values the company at around EUR20m. The auction process was led by investment bank Aforge Finance and was aimed at industrial buyers. NI Partners originally purchased the company in 2002.
Founded in 1989, the business currently operates 54 outlets, half of which are located outside France. The company reported a EUR25m turnover in 2008. More details in the next France unquote".
