CIC Mezzanine closes second fund on EUR107m
CIC Mezzanine has closed its second fund on EUR107m, twice the size of its predecessor. A third of the funds came from CM-CIC.
The fund will be put to use in subordinated debt structures for small-cap deals, preferably young companies with sound growth prospects.
CIC Mezzanine recently provided part of the mezzanine financing for Cerea Capital and Azulis Capital's acquisition of frozen food producer Martine Specialites. Francois Petit leads the CIC Mezzanine team.
