Newfund 1 eager to get started

Newfund Management, the new private equity company created in 2007 by Francois Veron is planning to launch its first investment vehicle Newfund 1. The fund is expected to gather EUR80m with a hard cap of EUR100m and a first closing at EUR60m. The fund will invest in innovative small to mid-cap companies with a focus on the entertainment industry. The fund was pending AMF approval at the time of going to press.
