Eurazeo and Apax increase influence in Cegid group
Eurazeo and Apax Partners have doubled their voting rights in the Cegid group, a business software developer, after having held shares in the company for more than four years. Eurazeo now holds 6.93% of the equity and 10.88% of the voting rights while Apax Partners has 11.34% of the equity and 17.82% of the voting rights. Created in 1983, the Lyon-based company has been quoted on the Euronext - B since 1986.
