OFI is first private equity house to adopt responsible investment
OFI Private Equity is the first French private equity house to adopt the United Nation's principles for responsible investment. OFI joins a relatively small group of investors including BC Partners and Cinven in the UK, who have joined the voluntary framework.
The structure is designed to improve social, environmental and corporate governance. According to Olivier Millet, OFI's president, the investor is keen to demonstrate its awareness of social and environmental issues as well as reiterate its commitment to long-term value adding practices.
