The San Francisco-based company develops the Intelligent Message Processor (IMP), a software product that offers a flexible way to deploy, manage and secure e-mail and messaging services. The investment will be used to finance the company's development, launch a number of new products and support growth in the Asia Pacific region.
Galileo Partners provided a seed round of investment in 2006.
