Natixis to slow Provident
According to reports, Natixis Private Equity has decided to wind down Provident, its subsidiary focused on restructuring, and will operate it on a skeletal basis. Provident invested EUR50m and counted watchmaker Guillod Gunther, packaging company Groupe Alplast and Barbara, a lingerie and swimwear producer, in its portfolio.
Emballys Alplast, holding company of Groupe Alplast, is currently in liquidation and Barbara, which had gone into administration, has just been purchased by Huit Diffusion.
