Acto Capital strengthens team
Acto Capital, an investment arm of Groupama Priavte Equity, has recruited four new people to its investment team. Quentin Bergot joins the investment house as a director, Thibaud Gachet re-joins the company as investment manager while Alexandre Colcombet and Anne-Gael Despretz join the team as associates.
Acto Capital is now composed of a team of seven individuals who oversee the investment of Acto Capital II in SMEs focused on health and tourism.
Quentin Bergot joins from Montagu Private Equity where he had been director since 2006. Previously, between 2001 and 2006, he had worked at Legal & General Ventures as investment manager.
Thibaud Gachet re-joins Acto having previously been a member of the team between 2004 and 2007. Prior to this he worked at Arthur Anderson followed by Ernst & Young.
Alexandre Colcomber was a manager at Ernst & Young's transaction services department before joining Acto, while Anne-Gael Despretz was an associate at GE Corporate Finance Bank prior to joining Acto.
