CEME acquires Roche and Bonnevay
Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners (EDRIP)-backed Compagnie d'Entreprises Mechaniques et Electroniques (CEME) has staged two new buildup acquisitions. CEME completed the purchase of Roche and Bonnevay, two companies that fit its area of expertise and that fall in line with the company's expansion plans.
Moulins-based CEME was initially purchased by EDRIP in July 2007 in an OBO deal. Roche, also based in Moulins, generated a EUR6m turnover in 2007 and specialises in air conditioning while Bonnevay, which is based in Villefrance-sur-Saone near Lyon, generates EUR3m and will help CEME develop a foothold in the Lyon area. CEME recorded a turnover of EUR72m in 2007.
