LBO France to purchase Idex
LBO France has an agreement with IK Investment Partners to purchase Idex, an energy company. IK Investment Partners originally purchased the company from the Planchot family in 2004 for EUR200m. The deal is expected to be completed by June.
Founded in 1963 and based in Boulogne, Idex is an independent group specialising in energy and environmental services for businesses.
