Innovacom cede fund portfolio to Saints Capital

Franco-American investor Innovacom Gestion has sold its stakes in 10 companies to Saints Capital for around EUR35m. The venture investor has ceded Actelis Networks Inc, Air2Web Inc, Aperto Networks Inc, Envivio Inc, Kirusa Inc, KXEN Inc, Netasq, Selligent SA and Xtime Inc as well as a part of Witbe.Net. Most of the companies are US-based, later-stage bisinesses that were invested in during the late 1990's. All the ceded companies are focused in telecommunications equipment, semiconductors and software.
