Go Capital hires two venture partners

Following the recent launch of its second seed fund, Go Capital has hired Emmanuelle Deponge and Jean-Marc Herbert as venture partners.
Deponge and Herbert will be responsible for portfolio management and investment sourcing in the life sciences sector.
Deponge previously worked for asset management firm Apicap, since 2007. She focused on life sciences funding and took part in around 15 investments in France and Europe and worked on several trade sales and IPOs.

Herbert has worked for 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He notably worked as vice-president at Sanofi between 2009-2015, responsible for discovery research. He is currently president of Arkely Consulting, a company that advises on research around new medicines.
Go Capital now counts a total staff of 15, of whom three are venture partners. It held a first close on €60m for its second venture capital seed fund, Go Capital Amorçage II, in May this year.
