
Ouest Croissance acquires minority shareholding in Easy Cash
Ouest Croissance has invested €5m in electronic goods retailer Easy Cash, securing 20% of the company's shares.
Easy Cash's director, Joris Escot, became a new shareholder, according to French daily Capital Finance.
The new funding will allow the company to increase the number of stores in French cities. The vast majority of Easy Cash stores are franchises, though the company plans to expand through branches or via a model of association.
The company
Founded in 2001, Easy Cash operates 110 stores in France with a staff of 1000. Its turnover is €150m.
On average, 400,000 users visit Easycash.fr each month.
