
Rhone Alpes PME backs Groupe Structa MBO
Rhone Alpes PME has invested €1.3m in French wooden and aluminium joinery manufacturer Groupe Structa alongside CEO Josselin Martin.
Rhône-Alpes PME says it is currently using its Rhône-Alpes Entrepreneurs 4 fund, which invests up to €2.5m at a time.
The buyout has also seen CEO Josselin Martin taking a stake in the company. Debt was provided by Crédit Agricole, Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Epargne.
The company plans to use the investment to establish a facility in the Ile-de-France region.

Founded in 2005, Structa generated €8.5m in turnover in 2016. The company specialises in the design, manufacture and sale of wood and aluminium fixtures and joinery.
The company is divided into three main branches: Structa, Structa Industrie and Menuiserie Sarian. These are all located in the French Drôme region.
