
Oddo BHF hires new MD to lead corporate finance team

Oddo BHF has hired Christophe Marchand as managing director to lead its corporate finance team in Paris, and senior adviser Joëlle Antmann.
Marchand will co-lead the corporate finance team together with Nadine Veldung. Prior to joining Oddo BHF, Marchand had been head of corporate finance at Edmond de Rothschild in Paris since 2008. Before that, Marchand was M&A managing director at Crédit Agricole Investment Banking and Credit Lyonnais Investment Bank. He also worked for the French treasury.

Joëlle Antmann will take on the role of senior adviser, working on corporate finance, financial advisory, debt capital and equity capital markets operations. She has 20 years' experience in the banking sector, having worked at Lloyds, Bear Stearns, WestLB and UBS.
Oddo BHF offers private wealth management, asset management and investment banking services. Before rebranding in 2016 as Oddo BHF, it was known as Oddo & Cie.
