
Idinvest leads $20m series-B for Botify
Idinvest Partners has led a $20m series-B funding round for France-based Botify, a developer of search engine optimisation (SEO) software for marketing purposes.
Existing investor Ventech also took part in the round, which will enable Botify to open a second US office in Seattle, invest in product development and fund international expansion.
The company launched its product in the US in 2016; its revenues in the country grew by around 200% in 2018, according to a statement.
The latest round brings the total amount raised by the company to $27m.

Idinvest and Ventech took part in a €6.6m series-A funding round for Botify in 2016.

Founded in 2012, Paris-headquartered Botify develops a range of SEO-related software products focusing on data analytics for marketing purposes. Its suite is designed to help businesses build SEO-friendly websites and to evaluate and rank content on an ongoing basis. Its clients include Expedia, Nike and Marriott.
