InvestIndustrial's Benvic Europe buys Dugdale
Benvic Europe, a France-based plastics maker backed by Investindustrial Growth, has acquired Dugdale, a UK-based PVC compounds producer.
The acquisition of Dugdale is the sixth add-on investment for Benvic in just over 18 months, following the acquisitions of Vinyloop, Plantura and Modenplast in Italy, Alfa PVC in Poland, and Ereplast in France.
The target has been owned by managers David Outen, Darren Rowell and Jeff Ryan since 2014, according to Dugdale's website.
European mid-market firm Investindustrial acquired Benvic Europe from OpenGate Capital in an SBO in early 2018.
