Omnes-backed Batiweb buys Archionline

Omnes Capital-backed Batiweb Group, a France-based construction-focused online portal, has acquired domestic peer Archionline.
The founding managers, Victor Thoulouze and Grégoire Leveque, will remain shareholders and be in charge of the company's operational management.
A mezzanine debt of €6m raised from Idinvest supported the Archionline acquisition.
With Archionline, Batiweb is carrying out its fourth external growth deal since Omnes became a shareholder in 2017: HelloArtisan and Clien'tel were acquired in 2018, and Habitat Trade in 2017.
Company
Founded in 2013 and based in Paris, Archionline operates a web platform linking individuals, architects and local artisans working for the construction, extension and renovation of residential housing. It supports individuals at several phases of their projects, including custom architectural blueprints, planning permission filing and enlisting certified professionals.
Archionline employs 450 professionals (300 architects and 150 accredited construction companies). Turnover for 2019 is expected to amount to €18m in completed projects.
