
Comhar backs TaperedPlus
Comhar Capital has acquired a minority stake in UK-based TaperedPlus, a flat-roof and insulation specialist.
Comhar stated it will help TaperedPlus increase employee numbers and build upon its market share in the construction sector.
Leeds-based GP Comhar was established in 2018 by Neil Armstrong and Craig Wilkinson. TaparedPlus is the firm's third investment, having backed Fabriweld Tubular Steel Products in August last year and PanIntelligence in November.

Established in 2014, TaperedPlus is a commercial and industrial flat-roof design and insulation specialist. The business recently moved into a new head office in Bowesfield Park, which complements an existing base in Wolverhampton, where its design team is based. In the last year it has delivered turnover growth of more than 60% to £6.5m.
