
AVP leads €25m series-B for InsideBoard
Axa Venture Partners (AVP) has led a €25m series-B funding round for InsideBoard, a Paris-based software developer for organizational change management.
The round also saw participation from Orange Ventures, Isai Cap Venture and the company's historical investor, Entrepreneur Venture.
The fresh capital will be used to support the company's expansion abroad, particularly in the US, and develop its artificial intelligence product. It will also allow the company to grow its team.
Previous funding
In November 2017, InsideBoard raised $5m in series-A funding, with backing from GP Entrepreneur Venture, alongside debt providers BPI France and Banque Populaire Val de France.
Company
French software-as-a-service platform InsideBoard was founded in 2014 in Neuilly-Sur-Seine. It provides a change management software based on artificial intelligence. It has offices in Paris, New York and San Francisco, and employs 80 people.
The company claims it has 150,000 active users and its major clients include Covéa, PSA, Adecco, EDF, LafargeHolcim, Crédit Agricole and La Poste.
