PandaScore raises $6m in round led by V13 Invest
Paris-based startup PandaScore has raised $6m in a round led by V13 Invest, with participation from existing investor Alven, sports-tech investor KB Partners and e-sports owner and investor Axiomatic Gaming.
The company, which supplies e-sports bookmakers with AI-led statistics and odds, will use the financing to expand its products, enlarge its teams in Paris and Malta, and cover more e-sport titles.
PandaScore has so far raised around €9m, according to Crunchbase.
According to the company, the trend of engaging in e-sports for entertainment and betting has been boosted by the recent lockdowns in many countries, which have affected regular sports more than they have the online gaming industry.
