
UI Gestion injects €15m into GBNA
French GP UI Gestion has provided private healthcare group GBNA with €15m of growth capital funding.
The GP secured a minority stake in exchange for its investment. The company is still controlled by its founding families.
GBNA will use the fresh capital to finance an extension project for their main clinic and will also consider further strategic acquisitions going forward.

Established in 1971, GBNA is a private healthcare provider managing eight clinics in the Bordeaux region as well as a retirement home. The group employs 1,800 staff and generated a €147m turnover in 2012.
