Optiomi and Veraventure back SongHi
Optiomi Invest has joined forces with the Finnish public early-stage investor Veraventure and backed SongHi Entertainment.
SongHi develops internet and mobile services combining music production and social networking. During the start-up it was funded by the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation (Tekes) and its local employment and economic centre.
The company employs 20, and plans an international launch of its services in the spring of 2010. It is based in Helsinki.
