
Odin Equity Partners holds first close at EUR220m
According to reports, Danish buyout house Odin Equity Partners has held a first close on EUR220m for its second fund, surpassing its target of EUR200. 15 investors have contributed to the fund, which has a hard cap of EUR250m. The split between international and Scandinavian investors is 50/50, which gives the fund the highest ratio of international versus Danish investors among private equity funds in Denmark. The fund's focus will be on mid-market buyouts of companies in Denmark, southern Sweden and northern Germany with enterprise values of EUR35-130m. A final close is expected within the next few months.
