
European venture set on steady route to recovery
The aggregate volume and value of European venture investments are on the way to a steady recovery since the massive drop seen after the bursting of the dotcom bubble. Since 2004, the volume of deals has increased steadily, creating an upward trend in the market. The value of venture deals are still lagging behind the levels seen in the 2000 euphoria, but are also on an upwards climb.
