AVIDA becomes Triginta Capital
Dusseldorf-based private equity partnership AVIDA Group has changed its name to Triginta Capital. The rebranding is due to trademark legalities and not accompanied by any changes in the company structure or in business activities. Founded in 1999, Triginta Capital invests in small and medium-sized companies with an annual sales volume of EUR20-200m. Additionally, the company also acquires entire portfolios and currently manages six pan-European private equity funds.
