
RydinCarlsten and Lindahl to merge
Swedish law firms RydinCarlsten and Lindahl will join forces in February 2009, with the combined unit employing 200 corporate lawyers.
RydinCarlsten specialises in intellectual property law and dispute resolution and employs some 40 corporate lawyers. Following the merger, the new company will be called Lindahl and is expected to generate a turnover of SEK 500 in 2009.
