Industri Kapital makes 2.3x on sale of CPS
Industri Kapital has reaped approximately a 2.3x money multiple on the divestment of CPS Color to Nordic Capital. The business was sold through a limited auction process held by Millington Advisory Partners.
Nordic Capital was attracted to deal due to the company's management team, strong underlying growth fundamentals in Russia, Eastern Europe and the Far East and its current market position. The company offers all the components for complete tinting systems: colorants, dispensing and mixing equipment, software, colour marketing tools, customer support and services.
The business has 900 employees in 11 countries and turnover amounted to EUR187m in 2007. (Page 38).
