
Seed Capital leads DKK 18.5m seed round for OrderYoyo
Danish VC Seed Caital has led a DKK 18.5m seed funding round for Copenhagen-based food ordering app developer OrderYoyo.
The round follows two previous rounds of undisclosed sizes for OrderYoyo. As part of the deal, Seed Capital managing partner Ulla Brockenhuus-Schack will join the company's board, alongside Navision creator Preben Damgaard and former Secunia and Mofibo chairperson Jesper Johansen – who will become chair of OrderYoyo.
Equity for the investment was drawn from Seed Capital III, a DKK 819m venture fund that held its final close in April.
Previous funding
Seed Capital first backed OrderYoyo in mid-2015 and invested in a second round for the company in November of the same year.

Headquartered in Northwest Copenhagen, OrderYoyo is a developer of tailored online and app-based ordering software for the food service industry.
The company has 650 clients in Denmark and employs a staff of 45.
