Sunstone and E.Ventures in SEK 50m series-A for Natural Cycles
Danish VC Sunstone and US-based venture firm E.Ventures have participated in a SEK 50m series-A for Swedish ovulation monitoring app Natural Cycles.
The funding round was led by Bonnier Media Growth, the venture arm of Swedish publishing group Bonnier.
Natural Cycles will use the fresh funding to invest in international growth and fund continued clinical studies to support its product. The startup is also looking to hire additional staff following the investment.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Natural Cycles is a fertility app that helps women monitor their ovulation cycle.
The company was founded in 2014 and claims to have 100,000 users. It generated $2m of revenues in 2015 and employs 12 people.
