Triton-backed Akeab acquires Mark & Energibyggarna
MalmУЖ-based Akeab, backed by Triton, has bolted on civil works services provider Mark & Energibyggarna.
Mark & Energibyggarna joins Akeab as a new sister company in an infrastructure services group owned by Triton and the management teams of the companies.
The group includes recent bolt-on Kewab, which Akeab acquired in November 2017.
Triton acquired Akeab in June 2017 from Swedish investor Priveq's Investment Fund IV.
