Nordic Ninja leads €4.5m series-A for Finnish startup Logmore
Logmore, a Finnish logistics software company, has raised тЌ4.5m in a series-A funding round led by Nordic Ninja VC.
Other investors included American VC Tekton Ventures, Finnish investors Icebreaker VC and Jaakkoo-Taara, and Estonian investor Trind Ventures.
The startup, which was founded three years ago but officially launched in March 2019, plans to use the new funding to expand its operations worldwide, particularly focusing on opening new offices and recruiting teams in both North America and Asia, in addition to expanding its team in Finland.
Previous funding
According to Nordic Ninja, Logmore previously raised €1.3m in funding to develop its subscription-based service.
Company
Founded in 2017 in Jyväskylä, Logmore provides a subscription-based QR data logging service. Its services, such as shipment condition monitoring, are used by quality management teams of more than 150 businesses, which use Logmore to monitor shipments all the way to their customers during home deliveries. According to LinkedIn, the company employs 11-50 staff.
