
Inkef leads €12m series-A funding round for Happeo
Social intranet platform Happeo has raised €12m in a series-A funding round led by Inkef Capital.
Happeo's previous investors, DN Capital, Maki.vc and Vendep Capital, also joined the round.
The latest funding will help the company accelerate its product development and grow its teams in the Netherlands, Finland, Romania and the US.
The company has raised €20m since being founded in 2018 and claims to have achieved 280% year-on-year growth.

In July 2018, Happeo raised €8m in seed-round funding from Maki.vc and Vendep Capital among other investors.

Happeo is a communications platform that acts as a company's news stream and enterprise social network, combined into a branded intranet environment. It facilitates managing remote teams and collaboration for fast-growing organisations. The company employs 50 staff.
