
Den Sociale Kapitalfond buys Profilservice
Danish investor Den Sociale Kapitalfond Invest has acquired B2B cleaning service Profilservice.
The GP has acquired 57.5% of the shares in the company, which provides commercial cleaning services with a focus on public institutions.
Founded in 2011, Den Sociale Kapitalfond manages a fund of DKK 289m (€27.5m) with commitments from Vækstfonden, TryghedsGruppen, Novo Nordisk, Fonden, Ferd, Sparekassen Sjælland-Fyn, and a number of other investors.
It focuses on Nordic SMEs with a potential for growth and positive social influence in the local community.
