
ByFounders leads $4.6m seed round for Proper
Danish property technology startup Proper has secured $4.6m in a seed round led by Nordic- and Baltic-focused VC firm ByFounders.
Other investors included PreSeed Ventures, Prehype, Vaekstfonden, Bjarke Ingels (BIG) and individual investors.
The company, which has developed an administrator platform to facilitate contact between property owners and tenants, will use the proceeds for international expansion.
According to TechCrunch, the company experienced a growth of 200% in 2020, and currently manages 3,500 contracts via its platform.

Founded in 2017 and based in Copenhagen, Proper has developed a platform that automatically performs the operational tasks associated with renting out property. The company has fewer than 50 employees.
